WASHINGTON, D.C. – Yesterday, during their monthly meeting, members of the Future Forum Caucus participated in a discussion with actor Ed Helms on H.R. 1, the For the People Act of 2021 and the importance of fighting against voter suppression, dark money in politics, and gerrymandering.

"I feel like H.R. 1 is really the fight of our generation," said Mr. Helms during the meeting. "It's an opportunity that may not come around again for a very long long time, and the price of losing this fight is just too great."

SAN DIEGO, CA – On Wednesday, March 24, 2021,Future Forum Vice Chair Sara Jacobs (CA-53) and members of the Future Forum Caucus hosted a virtual town hall centered around the experiences of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) youth. Vice Chair Jacobs and Future Forum members opened the event by speaking about Congressional actions to address the rising trend of anti-Asian violence in the United States, and Vice Chair Jacobs then moderated a conversation with AAPI leaders in San Diego.
